Wind Power

Wabash Valley Power cooperatives receive approximately 8 megawatts of wind-generated electricity each year through a purchased power agreement with AgriWind LLC, an Illinois-based developer of wind energy. The electricity is generated by four wind-driven turbines located in east-central Illinois.
