Board of Directors

Wabash Valley Power is owned by its 28 Member Systems. Each distribution cooperative elects a director to the G&T Board of Directors, which meets monthly. The Board of Directors plans for future needs, reviews ongoing business transactions and approves the annual budget. Board Meetings provide a forum for ongoing dialogue between Directors, Member System CEOs/Managers/ and Wabash Valley Power senior staff. G&T Directors are afforded many opportunities for ongoing training at the local, regional and national levels.
